Cookie Bites was established in the year 2017, in the Palestinian city of Nablus, a city that is widely famous for making traditional oriental sweets, on top of course the famous Nabulsi Konafa. Deviating from tradition, we specialize in one of the most famous Western sweets, as our name indicates “Cookie Bites”, and what could be more yummy and delicious than the famous American Cookies, encouraged by the recent noticeable expansion witnessed in the Palestinian restaurant and cafes, which brought diversity in the offered dishes and sweets and led to the Palestinians turnout trying new tastes, as well as upgrade in their standards in terms of taste, product quality and components.
